Fitness Challenge #1

One motivation to stay physically active during pregnancy is remembering what happens in the end: DELIVERY. The more fit you are, the easier labor can be and the faster your recovery. Think of labor like a marathon, you wouldn't go into it without physical preparation. Begin your training this week!

This week make the goal of being active for a minimum of 30 minutes cardio a day, 4 days this week. Your goal during these 30 minutes is to get your heart rate up- heavy breathing and you can feel your heart beating faster.

Just like with any goal, if you make it important enough, you will make it happen. Plan out the specific time of day and which days you are going to make time for your activity, and then stick to your plan.

If you regularly work out, stick to your routine as long as it meets the minimum.
